The human foot was designed to be free. The whole premise of the Injinji design is to allow you the freedom and sensation of being barefoot. The Injinji sock effectively and efficiently wicks moisture and heat away from the foot, totally eliminates skin on skin friction and provides an interface between foot and shoe which allows the activation of the toes to provide increased stability, grip and tactile sensitivity.
Individual toe sleeves means there is no skin on skin friction, the contraction or transfer of fungal conditions is significantly reduced and the toes become activated allowing you to be bio-mechanically correct within your shoe. Airflow is improved through the toes and the compression on the extremities enhances the circulation of blood through the foot.
