A good light running shoe. Took a bit of getting used too, but I really like them. They help relieve the shinsplint pain I had with my previous heelstrike shoe. I'm a bit disappointed that the side forefoot blew out way before their time, but nothing a bit of stitching and hotmelt glue didn't fix.
