Shipping
We pride ourselves on our overnight delivery - and always do our best to process all in-stock orders within 24 hours. We will deliver to your home, place of work or any other address you stipulate.
All Goods leave our warehouse on overnight delivery with a tracking number which we will provide to you. However, we cannot controll this once it is out of our hands.
Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective Items
You can always return items if they are defective. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
Delivery Charges
Delivery on all orders over $75.00 is free.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the error/defective item to us subject to certain conditions outlined below.
International Postage Refunds
Postage refunds can only be authorized if you have sent the item using a "standard international service" from your national postal organization for return (this would be USPS in the United States and Australia Post in Australia , New Zeland post in NZ).
We will not refund postage costs if you use a premimum/expedited service.
If the item returned is found not to be defective or not sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/colour a further postage and package charge will be made.
